Gibson Building is committed to quality over quantity. We are able to maintain and nurture our top priorities – creative architectural design, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship - by concentrating on only a select few Projects at any one time.
Our Building Projects to date in Agnes Water / 1770, are both innovative in architectural design, and high in quality construction. See below what we have built to date, and are currently building. Contact us if you would like to discuss a potential building Project in detail. Go to the Gallery for more photos of our projects.

7 Gibbons Court, Agnes Water
7 Gibbons Court is sure to raise the bar on smart design and quality construction in the area.
This stylish development consists of three free-standing townhouses with stunning views to both Agnes Water’s main beach and ocean.
The multi-level floor plan maximizes views, and with three bedrooms and three bathrooms provides ideal flexibility.
The design and materials used reflect our climate and natural surrounds. A combination of slab and block work to the lower areas, and lightweight materials above utilize the benefits of thermal mass, as well as ventilation.

13 Gibbons Crt, Agnes Water
This project consisted of two beautifully designed dwellings perched high on a bushy ridge above town. Former Troppo Architects Building Designer Kirsty Hewitt was called upon from her base in Adelaide to design both dwellings for this project. It has been an honor to work with such a talented young woman, and we hope to continue to have opportunity to build her designs in the future.
The design for both dwellings takes much into consideration – climate, site conditions, and broader environmental considerations. Kirsty places great importance on having minimal impact on the land itself. Key features of this meticulous design are natural ventilation, sunshading, passive solar, and daylighting. Color and material selections compliment and highlight the natural setting. |

18 Bloodwood Ave, Sunrise @ 1770,
Lot 18 Bloodwood is Gibson Building’s first project in the impressive Sunrise @ 1770 Development.
The Chapman residence consists of a single dwelling on a lovely flat, sandy block. This design is the creation of Scott Falconer from Kidd & Co Designers, based in Sunshine Beach, Noosa.
A large house @ 393 m2, the Chapman residence consists of three separate structures joined by connecting deck space. Two pavilions consist of two-storey bedroom buildings, while the centre two- storey pavilion houses the living areas.
The façade is a Fibre Cement sheet cladding, with external hardwood decks, and feature racked hardwood columns. Hardwood sun control battens provide an additional statement.
This handsome, two-storey family home has water views, is walking distance to beautiful Springs beach, and is sure to be enjoyed by all.

13A Gibbons Court, Agnes Water
The second stage of 13 Gibbons Court consists of a simpler yet very innovative house on the lower part of this beautiful site. As with 13 Gibbons Court, Building Designer Kirsty Hewitt’s high attention to detail, focus on natural ventilation, and innovative use of materials are top priorities.
One of the most outstanding features of this house is a high set diagonally pitched roof, with box gutter and generous overhangs.
As with 13 Gibbons Court, colour and material selections compliment and highlight the natural setting.
