Surrounded by a national park and conservation reserves, dense development is not a part of the Agnes Water and Town of 1770 experience. Two ‘boasting points’ in a list of many for the area are the increadibly close proximity to the Great Barrier Reef, and laying claim to Queensland’s most northerly surf beach. The Town of 1770 is a five minute drive along the peninsula and provides a totally different feel to that of Agnes – stunning in its own right.

Agnes’s main beach is six plus kilometers of golden sand. You will also be within walking distance to award winning Workman’s beach and Bbq facilities, beautiful walking tracks to one of our picuresque look outs, both shopping areas, library, beauty treatments, and much more.
